Frequently Asked Questions
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Payment via bank transfer or card. Annual billing is available for Standard and above and typically includes a discount over monthly.
Access may be suspended after a grace period as defined in the Software License Agreement. You will receive reminder notifications before any action is taken.
No self-service trial, but we can arrange a guided demo and a limited pilot period for your team. Contact us to discuss options tailored to your scale and requirements.
Upgrades are processed immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. All changes are documented in a Supplementary Agreement and reflected in the next invoice.
Monthly plans require 30 days written notice to cancel. Annual plans run for 12 months. Full terms including auto-renewal conditions are specified in the Software License Agreement.
Submit a written cancellation notice to your account manager at least 30 days before the next renewal date. Data remains accessible for export for 30 days after cancellation.
